It is much cooler here today than it has been. Hopefully, winter is approaching. Snow Summit opened for skiing last week and had a pretty good crowd. Normally, they are open for skiing and snowboarding for Thanksgiving and if it just gets a little cooler they will be open for the holiday this year.

The first time home buyer's credit was re-signed by the government and they did include people that have lived in their home for at least five years that wish to sell and buy again. They could receive up to $6,500. The first time home buyer can receive up to $8,000 in credit. It is a great program and if you are a first time home buyer you need to take advantage of this opportunity. By the way, a first time home buyer is anyone who has not owned a house in the past two years. This program will end in May of 2010 so don't miss out on this incentive!
